Round-trip shuttles will run between the Hyatt Regency Long Island and Crest Hollow Country Club.
Pick-up and drop-off will be at each venue’s main entrance.
Please arrive about 15 minutes early - shuttles will depart promptly at the scheduled time.
- Morning Departures (to Crest Hollow CC):
7:00 AM (Bride’s Side Event)
8:45 AM
- Afternoon Returns (to Hyatt):
2:00 PM & 2:30 PM
- Evening Departures (to Crest Hollow CC):
5:45 PM & 6:00 PM
- Late-Night Returns (to Hyatt):
11:00 PM, 11:30 PM, and 12:45 AM (05/10)
The doors to the venue will open one hour before the ceremony begins at ~10am. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to allow time to park, walk to the ceremony space (about a 10-minute walk from the parking area), and get comfortably seated before the festivities begin.
Our wedding will feature an entirely vegetarian menu. If you have any specific food allergies or dietary concerns, please let a server or a member of the catering team know during the event.

To keep our celebration personal and meaningful, we are limiting our guest list to those specifically named on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and are so excited to celebrate together!
If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding - they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page.
